PROVIDENCE -- Friday night at the Columbus Theatre, the public will get a chance to select films to be shown at the Rhode Island International Film Festival, to be held in Aug. 10 to 15 at the theater.
Beginning at 7:30 p.m. the public can view several shorts, feature films and documentaries which have been submitted for this year's festival. Following the screenings there will be a 20-minute discussion and patrons will be asked to fill out a judging sheet. In addition, director Mary DeBerry will screen her short film Indecision for audience feedback.
