| Educated at the University of Vermont, Scott MacKay has been a Providence Journal reporter since 1984. He previously worked for the Burlington (Vt.) Free Press. He has covered state and local politics, including Providence City Hall and the Rhode Island and Vermont State Houses. He also has a historical bent, which served him well as one of two reporters on a year-long project looking back at Rhode Island over the 20th century. |
