Scott Mayerowitz joined The Providence Journal in June 2000 after graduating from Wesleyan University, where he was the editor of the student newspaper. He started in the East Bay suburban bureau covering the town of Tiverton and, after in a brief stint in Barrington, the town of Warren. Since July, he has been covering the city of Cranston, its mayoral race and troubled finances. |
