| David Herzog is the computer-assisted reporting (CAR) specialist on the Journal-Bulletin's investigative team. Before joining the paper in January 1997, he was editor for computer-assisted reporting at The Morning Call in Allentown, Pa. He's used CAR to help show inequities in Rhode Island's public-education financing system, unfairness with tax assessments and problems with workplace safety enforcement practices. Herzog also was a suburban business reporter for the Baltimore Sun. |
