 A new tee has been added here, but distance is still not a problem. This is a place to back down off the tee. Any tee shot that carries at least 175 yards in the air leaves a relatively short approach, so it will be best for many to keep driver in the bag to avoid the deep rough and out of bounds on the left and deep bunkers on the right. The greenside bunkers, especially on the right, are difficult to see over and leave a shot to a green that slopes away. Good shots will be rewarded here. But mistakes will be costly.
