Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Mulligan

Sue Ling Rekas of Coventry and Thomas J. Mulligan of Coventry were married Aug. 16 at the Potowomut Golf Club in Warwick by Antoinette Cavanna. The bride is the daughter of Russell E. Rekas and BaoYu Rekas of Coventry. The groom is the son of Thomas and Jean Mulligan of Coventry.

Kristen Pope was the maid of honor. Anjelika Mazur, Ashley Nelson, Nikki Hattoy and Sara Labossiere were bridesmaids. Alexis Pools, daughter of the bride, was the flower girl. Sean Mulligan was best man for his brother and Tony Vigneau, Dave Chianease, Tim Bilski and Scott Bloodworth were ushers. Thomas D. Mulligan, son of the groom, was the ring bearer.

The bride is a graduate of Coventry High School and Johnson & Wales University and is employed by MetLife in West Warwick. The groom is a graduate of Coventry High School and attended the Massachusetts Maritime Academy and George Mason University. He is co-owner of Designs Unlimited in Coventry.

The couple visited Amelia Island in Florida on their honeymoon and make their home in Coventry.
