The Biltmore Hotel in Providence was the setting Oct. 12 for the wedding of Rachel Sokoll and Michael Arno of Hempstead, N.Y. The Rev. André Gregoire and Rabbi Carol Mitchell officiated. The bride is the daughter of Richard and Sandra Sokoll of Cranston. The groom is the son of Michael and Marion Arno of Catskills, N.Y.
Amanda Nevins was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Crystal Riley and Jennie Goldman. Sophia Leonetti was the flower girl. Matthew Arno was best man for his brother, and Christopher Pouyat and Christopher Costa were ushers. The ring bearer was Daniel Norridge.
The bride received a master’s of Professional Studies at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, N.Y., and is employed by Stony Brook University. The groom received a master’s degree in Student Personnel Administration from Buffalo State University in Buffalo, N.Y., and is employed by Hofstra University in Hempstead.
They honeymooned in Hawaii and make their home in Hempstead.
