Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Albert
Channing Memorial Church in Newport was the setting Aug. 30 for the wedding of Rebecca Mary Miguel of Barrington and Douglas Albert of North Providence. The Rev. Lark D’Helen officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Richard and Arlene Miguel of Barrington. The groom is the son of Steven and Gail Albert of Lincoln.
Jaime Miguel was the matron of honor and Mary Ellen Roeben was bridesmaid. Steven Albert Jr., brother of the groom, was the best man and Richard Catallozzi and Matthew Miguel, brother of the bride, were ushers.
The bride is a graduate of Rhode Island College and is employed by Norton Public Schools. The groom is a graduate of Lincoln High School and is employed by Apollo Auto Sales in Cumberland.
The couple visited Hawaii on their honeymoon and make their home in North Providence.
