Mr. and Mrs. Pierre Elmera

Quidnessett Country Club, North Kingstown, was the setting May 16 for the wedding of Raquel Ferro of Bristol and Pierre Elmera of Brooklyn, N.Y. The Rev. Mary E. Powers officiated. The bride is the daughter of Olga Ferro of Bristol. The groom is the son of Pierre A. and Rosina Elmera of Port au Prince, Haiti.

Victoria LaRochelle was the maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Ashley Goulart and Patricia Ferreira. Gregory Brehme was the best man and Raymond Goulart and Sebastian Elmera, brother of the groom, were ushers.

The bride graduated from Katharine Gibbs School, Providence, with an executive assistant certificate and is employed by Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. The groom graduated from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, N.Y., with a degree in business administration and is employed by Citizens Bank.

The couple visited Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, on their honeymoon. They make their home in East Providence.
