Mr. and Mrs. Scott Habershaw

Kristen LaVallee of Rumford and Scott Habershaw of Lutz, Fla., were married Oct. 11 in Newman Congregational Church in Rumford by the Rev. Campbell Lovett and the Rev. Douglas Grant. A reception followed at the Atlantic Beach Club in Newport.

The bride is the daughter of Stephen and Nancy LaVallee of Rumford. The groom is the son of Steven and MaryAnn Habershaw of Lutz.

Stacey McNamara was matron of honor for her sister. The bridesmaids were Amy Neary, Alexandria George and Regan Ricciardi. Jillian Fitting was the flower girl. The best man was Neil Habershaw, brother of the groom. The ushers were Chad Habershaw, brother of the groom, Gregory LaVallee, brother of the bride and Marcus Burgoa.

The bride is a graduate of Elon University in Elon, N.C., and is an account executive for Motorsports Marketing Company in East Providence. The groom is a graduate of Land O’ Lakes High School in Land O’ Lakes, Fla. He is a second class petty officer in the United States Coast Guard and is stationed at Woods Hole, Mass., on the cutter Tybee.

The couple honeymooned in Turks and Caicos and make their home in Rumford.
