Mr. and Mrs. James R. Dozois
Gooseberry Beach in Newport was the setting July 19 for the wedding of Kristin Leigh Fisher of Wakefield and James R. Dozois of Northborough, Mass. The Rev. Lyle Mook officiated. The bride is the daughter of Douglas and Kathleen Fisher of Wakefield. The groom is the son of Julie and Jerry Butcher and Steve and JoAnn Dozois.
Lindsay and Jody Fisher, sisters of the bride, were maids of honor. Kaylan Stinson, Michelle Lennox and Sara Nunes were bridesmaids. Michael Dozois was best man for his brother. The ushers were Steve Dozois, Kevin Belodeau, Rick Johnson, Chris Page and Brooke Meyer. Connor Dozois was ring bearer.
The bride graduated from South Kingstown High School and Assumption College in Worcester. The groom graduated from New England College in Henniker, N.H. The bride is employed by Forest City Management and the groom is employed by Independent Manufacturers Sales Group.
The couple visited Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, on the wedding trip and make their home in Providence.
