Mr. and Mrs. Michael Lawson

Filomena Gianfrancesco of Providence and Michael Lawson of North Providence were married May 17 by the Rev. Michael J. Menna in St. Ann Church, Providence. The bride is the daughter of Mario and Luisa Gianfrancesco of Providence. The groom is the son of Robert and Joan Lawson of North Providence.

Antonietta DiGregorio was the maid of honor. Lauren DePalma, Nancy Richard, Gian Ruggieri, Shanea Watkins and Jennifer Lawson were bridesmaids. Bella Gianfrancesco and Joelle Richard were flower girls. Robert Braga was the best man and Antonio Gianfrancesco, Michael Andoscia, Antonio Gianfrancesco and Gregory Sperduti were ushers. Anthony Gianfrancesco was ring bearer.

The bride graduated from Bryant College and is employed by Citizens Bank in Smithfield. The groom is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and is employed by Bank of America in Lincoln.

The couple visited the Southern Caribbean on their honeymoon and make their home in Providence.
