St. Matthew Church in Cranston was the setting May 3 for the wedding of Courtney Elizabeth McCabe of Cranston and Matthew James O’Dea of Cranston. The ceremony was performed by Rev. Jose Rocha. The bride is the daughter of Marc and Donna Lajoie of Cranston and Frank and Mary McCabe of Coventry. The groom is the son of Michael and Kathleen O’Dea of Cranston.

Vanessa Lombardi was the maid of honor. Kristin Jollie and Melinda O’Dea, sisters of the groom, and Kayla Fogarty were bridesmaids. Maya Jollie was flower girl.

The best man was Michael Jollie, and Corey Lajoie, brother of the bride, Christopher Petteruti, Arthur Petteruti, Kevin Doucette and Rui Avila were ushers. The ring bearer was Colin O’Dea, son of the bride and groom.

The bride graduated from Classical High School in Providence and the University of Rhode Island. She is employed by CCAP in Cranston. The groom is a graduate of Cranston High School West and is employed as store manager for Firestone in Pawtucket.

The couple visited the Dominican Republic on their honeymoon and make their home in Cranston.
