Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel Correia
Andrea Medeiros of East Providence and Emanuel Correia of East Providence were married June 21 in St. Martha’s Church in East Providence by the Rev. Douglas Spina. The bride is the daughter of Irene Medeiros and Anthony Medeiros of East Providence. The groom is the son of Emilia Correia and Gilberto Correia of East Providence.
Irene Medeiros was matron of honor for her daughter. The bridesmaids were Melissa Perry, Amie Farias, Marsha Giroux, sisters of the bride, Ana Correia, sister of the groom, Sandra Correia and Camely Machado. The flower girls were Mya Perry, Lennon Farias and Ciara Marie Correia.
Justin Moniz was the best man. The ushers were Daniel Delisle, Kyle King, Jason Estrela, Matthew Delisle, Paul Correia, brother of the groom, and David Melo. R.J. Perry and Miguel Correia, brother of the groom, were junior ushers.
The bride graduated from the University of Rhode Island and is employed at Barrington High School. The groom is a graduate of Roger Williams University and is employed by the Rhode Island Department of Corrections in Cranston.
The couple visited the Dominican Republic on their honeymoon and make their home in East Providence.
