Another honor for RIC softball coaches

The Rhode Island College softball staff is the National Fastpitch Coaches' Association New England staff of the year for the second consecutive year. Head coach Maria Morin, associate head coach Ken Stanley and assistant coach Kristen Norberg guided the Anchorwomen to a 36-9 record, the Little East Conference championship and the NCAA Division III New England Regional title. They advanced to the Elite Eight of the NCAA Championships and finished the season ranked No. 10 in Division III.
