     <p>       Plano-based Cinemark Holdings Inc., said Wednesday that it has realigned        its executive leadership, promoting Alan Stock to chief executive from        president and chief operating officer.     </p>     <p>       Tim Warner, who has been president of Cinemark International, will        succeed Mr. Stock as president and COO.     </p>     <p>       The new president of Cinemark International will be Valmir Fernandes,        formerly president of Cinemark Brasil.     </p>     <p>       Marcelo Bertini becomes president of Cinemark Brasil, moving from his        position as the unit's chief financial officer.     </p>     <p>       Cinemark founder Lee Roy Mitchell, who had been CEO, will continue as        chairman.     </p>     <p>       <i>From staff reports</i>     </p>   </span>
