Strength Builders Camp offered by S.P.O.R.T. (Sports Performance and Orthopedic Training), a program of Southcoast Rehabilitation Services associated with Southcoast Hospitals Group. The five-week camp runs from July 6-Aug. 6, three-hours a day, four days a week. Certified athletic trainers will teach young athletes to train to prevent the risk of injuries and improve athletic performance. An individual assessment will be done on each participant. (Sports Performance and Orthopedic Training), a program of Southcoast Rehabilitation Services associated with Southcoast Hospitals Group. Goal: prepare young women for athletics and to maintain a healthy lifestyle. The five-week camp from July 5 to Aug. 6 is at New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School, 3 days per week.
