URI Math Camp 2004, The Rhode Island Math Explorers, University of Rhode Island Mathematics Department, Kingston. Four one-week sessions, 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Session 1: July 5-9 for grades 7-9; Session 2 (Accelerated): July 12-16 for grades 8-10; Session 3: July 26-30 for grades 4-6; Session 4: Aug. 2-6 for grades 4-6. Camp goals are to strengthen problem-solving skills, to expose kids to exciting mathematical concepts, to use the computer as an aid in mathematics. $175 per session.
