Holy Cross Instructional Football Camp, College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, Mass. (508) 793-2584. Overnight, commuter (8:30 a.m.-8 p.m.) and day (8:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) sessions for boys ages 10-18, July 11-15. $390 overnight; $295 commuter; $250 day camper.

The Matt Light & Damon Huard Football Camp, held at Bryant College, Smithfield. July 6-10, for overnight and commuter campers, ages 8-18. On-field practice every day under tutelage of college and high school coaches; daily lectures and demonstrations by New England Patriots Matt Light and Damon Huard and several other Patriots. $639 overnight; $519 commuters. Offense-Defense Football Camps, full-contact camps coached by NFL and college coaches and NFL players. For ages 8-18, July 11-15 at Bryant College in Smithfield. Cost is $595 for sleepover camp (all meals), $385 for day camp 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. and $500 for extended day camp (8:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m.). Also available: 1-day specialty clinics for extra fee. Rhode Island Football Academy, teaching camp at CLCF Athletic Complex on Pontiac Avenue in Cranston run by Rhode Island high school coaches and area college coaches. Camp is also offered in East Bay at Case High School, 70 School St., Swansea. Cranston camp dates are July 6-10 and July 12-16. East Bay Camp July 6-10 only. Campers are grouped by ages 8-14 and high school. $190 per week for all day campers grades 3-8, $140 per week for half-day campers 8:30 a.m.-noon, $140 per week for high school players, 1-4:30 p.m. Team, group and multi-week discounts.
