Interfaith Thanksgiving Celebration: Holy Family Parish, 414 South Main St., will host its annual Interfaith Thanksgiving Service, Nov. 23 at 3 p.m., where different groups will come together, including members of the Jewish community, the Islamic community and Christian communities. A free will offering will be taken for the benefit of the Interfaith Emergency Heating Fund. Bishop Louis E. Gelineau will be the special guest, and music will be provided by the Holy Name Gospel Choir of Providence. A reception will follow in the church hall.
Holiday open house: St. Ann Arts and Cultural Center, 84 Cumberland St., will host a Holiday open house, Nov. 30 from 2 to 6 p.m. The event will include a classical concert and holiday cabaret show, hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar. Reservations are needed by Nov. 28. For more information, or reservations, call (401) 356-0713.
Holiday notice: Woonsocket Harris Public Library, 303 Clinton St., will be closed Thursday and Friday, Nov. 27 and 28 for Thanksgiving. The library will be closing at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 26. The library’s regular hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Tuesday, Friday and Saturday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, call (401) 769-9044.
