Annual turkey roll: St. Jean Baptiste Church, 324 Main St., will hold its annual turkey roll Nov. 16 from 1 to 5 p.m. Included will be children’s games and activities, door prizes, lottery pull-tabs, a holiday craft booth and other surprises. The raffles include a cash raffle, Thanksgiving dinner raffle, a pick your prize raffle and turkey raffles. The kitchen will be open serving meals and take home sweets from the homemade baked goods booth will be available. Admission and parking will be free.
Benefit for Women’s Resource Center: Muse jewelry boutique, 426 Main St., will donate 20 percent of its sales Nov. 21 to the Women’s Resource Center. There will also be wine and chocolates served throughout the day. The boutique is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Thanksgiving Eve Mass: All the Warren Catholic parishes will gather for a special Thanksgiving Eve Mass Nov. 26 at 7 p.m. at St. Alexander Church, 221 Main St. All attendees are asked to bring two nonperishable food items for the collection. Please place donations in the basket at the church entrance.
Retreat on the Rosary: The Women’s Guild and Divine Mercy Prayer Cenacle of St. Mary of the Bay and St. Jean Baptiste will sponsor a retreat on the Rosary Dec. 6 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at St. Mary of the Bay Chapel, 645 Main St. Entitled “What Does the Rosary Have to Say to our Lives?” the retreat will be led by Sister Judith A. Costa and topics will include the History of the Rosary, Reflection on the Mysteries and Life Application. Light refreshments will be served during the break. The cost is a suggested donation of $5.
