To make the processing of school honor rolls more efficient, we ask schools to use this format and to e-mail the lists to us at pjmetro@projo.com.
•Beginning with the lowest grade, list all names alphabetically. The names should be written as first name, last name in uppercase and lowercase letters. The names should be in paragraph form. Use middle initials only if there are two people with the same name.
•If the school has different honor classifications, list them in descending order: begin with first honors, then second honors, then third honors.
For information, call K.C. Chace at (401) 277-7328 weekdays, 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
