Ella Sekatau, Narragansett tribal ethno-historian and medicine woman, will present a program tonight at 7 on “Lifestyles of the Narragansett People” at the Clark Memorial Library.
Tomorrow, a family craft night will be held at the library at 6:30 p.m. The program will feature a craft activity suitable for children 6 and older. Registration for the free program is requested. Call 364-6100.
And on Wednesday, Nov. 29, Diane Pryor will do a needle-felting workshop at 7 p.m. An $8 materials fee and registration will be required.
A Beaver Walk will be held at the Arcadia Management Area in Charlestown Saturday.
Frances Topping will lead the 2 p.m. walk through the management area’s diverse forest habitats, ponds and streams in search of signs of the beavers that live there.
The event is sponsored by the Rhode Island Wild Plant Society. Admission is $5.
