LITTLE COMPTON: Auditions for children in kindergarten through grade eight for Seussical the Musical will be held Jan. 20 from 4 to 6 p.m. and Jan. 26 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Little Compton Community Center, the Commons.

This production is a compilation of Dr. Seuss characters that send the message of helping a friend, not giving up, keeping a promise, recognizing the value and dignity of others, recognizing the fragile sweetness of the natural world and peace as the ultimate ideal among nations and in every heart.

Rehearsals will begin Jan. 27 and be held Mondays from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Tuesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. Performances will be held April 24, 25 and 26.

The production will be directed by Angela Williams. The cost per student is $75 to help defray costs of the performance.
