Summer concerts: Summer concerts are held at Chase Farm Park at 6 p.m. unless stated. The schedule is: Saturday, The American Band; Aug. 9, Pendragon; and Aug. 23 at 5:30 p.m., Mike Lyons and The Blue Moon Orchestra. Bring a blanket or lawn chair. Refreshments will be offered as fundraisers for local organizations.
Health seminar: Atria Lincoln Place, 612 George Washington Highway, will host a health seminar with free heart-rate screening, tomorrow at 10:30 a.m. For more information, call (401) 334-1686.
Library Programs
Lincoln Public Library, 145 Old River Rd., will host a game day, July 29 from 1 to 4 p.m. Students in grades 6 to 12 are invited to play DDR, Guitar Hero, and board games such as Mind Trap, Yahtzee and Pictionary.
An art class for youths ages 11 to 18 will be held Aug. 4 from 6 to 8 p.m., with local artist and instructor Adele Karbowski. The program is called Metamorphosis, and teens can learn how to draw various creatures that noticeably change.
The library subscribes to TumbleBook Library, an online collection of TumbleBooks, animated talking picture books for children. The TumbleBook Library collection can be accessed from any computer in the library, or at home by going to www.lincolnlibrary.com and clicking on Kids.

Felicia Dionne, of Manville, was one of five volunteers from across the United States to be selected to attend an American Cancer Society forum in Atlanta, Ga. Dionne was selected because of her contribution as Web site coordinator and event coordinator committee member to the Relay for Life, in Plymouth, Mass.
