Harmony Library, 195 Putnam Pike, will present a Personal Finance Workshop for Teens, Nov. 25 at 4 p.m. The workshop is aimed at helping teens develop financial skills. A representative from Citizen’s Bank will show teens how to balance a checkbook, use a debit card, and save for that first car.
Families are invited to the library to watch a Christmas movie “The Polar Express,” Nov. 28 at 6:30 p.m. Snacks will be provided by Santa’s elves during the movie.
Bids will be accepted for the library’s annual holiday silent auction, Nov. 24 through noon on Dec. 6 in the library’s community room. Toys, gift baskets, books, antiques, and artisan items will be on display. Money raised will be used for the library’s book budget.
