Lynne Urbani-Craddock, a resident of Cranston, has been named chief executive officer of the Rhode Island Free Clinic, Providence. The clinic provides care to adults without health insurance. Urbani-Craddock had been senior vice president of external relations at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.
