Concert: As part of Citizens Bank’s free summer concert series, Abbey Rhode, a Beatles tribute band, will play today, July 16, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the gazebo in the Garden City Shopping Center. Bring a lawn chair or blanket. Donations of peanut butter and canned tuna will be collected for the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
Concert: A free concert, featuring Eric French and Mr. Hyde, will be held Saturday, July 19, from 6 to 8 p.m. on the lawn of Meshanticut Park Church, 180 Oaklawn Ave. The evening will also include free ice cream.
