TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly), volunteers who have been trained by the Internal Revenue Service, offer elderly and low-income individuals free help with their 2006 federal and state income tax returns.
Those seeking assistance should bring W-2 forms, Social Security and pension information, interest and dividend statements, stock exchanges, and last year’s returns.

Coventry: Coventry Senior Center, 50 Wood St., Wednesdays and Thursdays by appointment. Call (401) 822-9175.
East Greenwich: St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 99 Peirce St., Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to noon by appointment. Call (401) 886-8669.
Warwick: Warwick Public Library, 600 Sandy Lane, Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to noon; Warwick Mall, Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.; Pilgrim Senior Center, 27 Pilgrim Parkway, Thursdays and Fridays, 8:30 a.m. to noon by appointment. Call (401) 468-4090.
West Warwick: Centreville Bank, 1218 Main St., Wednesdays, 9 a.m. to noon.
