Over the course of a 162-game schedule every team endures many ups and downs.
Manager Terry Francona and his Boston Red Sox tried not to get too high when they won or too low when they lost, as the cliche goes.
And while the 2007 season took the Sox and their fans on a roller-coaster ride at times, it ended with them on top, riding the high of the organization’s first American League East title since 1995.
