Boston Red Sox
May 17 - Hinske Heroics
07:06 AM EDT on Tuesday, October 2, 2007
Utilityman Eric Hinske, playing right field, makes a great gutsy diving, all-out-hustle, face-banging-and-scraping catch on the warning track in the right-field corner, saving at least a run in the fifth inning, and three innings later hammers a tie-breaking two-run homer, leading the Red Sox toa 4-2 victory over the Tigers and a sweep of the day-night doubleheader.
