07:22 AM EDT on Tuesday, October 2, 2007
Eric Gagne makes his fourth appearance for the Sox. He enters in the eighth inning in Baltimore with Boston leading, 5-1.
The right-hander gets tagged for four hits and walks one, and when Okajima can't bail him out, Gagne is charged with four runs and the game is tied, 5-5. Okajima, who was charged with the blown save, suffers the loss, too, surrendering a run in the ninth. Boston falls, 6-5.
