The netWORKri One-Stop Career Centers located throughout Rhode Island offer employment services to job seekers and area employers. The centers are managed and operated by the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training. Other netWORKri partners include Workforce Solutions of Providence/Cranston; the Workforce Partnership of Greater Rhode Island; Goodwill Industries; SER-Jobs for Progress; and the state departments of Education; Human Services; Elderly Affairs; Children, Youth & Families; Corrections; and the Office of Rehabilitation Services.
Providence netWORKri Career Center, One Reservoir Ave.
•Tuesday, 1 to 3 p.m. — FedEx Home Delivery will recruit for on-call daily drivers.
•Friday, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.— Opinion Factor Providence will recruit for call center interviewers.

•Tuesday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. — Amica will recruit for associate national life sales representatives.
•Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. — City Personnel will recruit for executive and administrative assistants, bookkeepers, accountants, human resource generalists, legal secretaries, medical billing specialists, data entry clerks and customer service representatives.

•Wednesday, 9 a.m. to noon — Securitas will recruit for security guards and dispatchers.

Beautytech Therapy: Beautytech Staffing will hold a job fair from 2 to 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, at the Knights of Columbus-Bishop Hickey Council, 50 Crescent View Ave., East Providence.
Beautytech Staffing is a new company that provides the direct placement of beauty and wellness professionals to salon and spa owners in Rhode Island. The company will accept applications and give brief interviews to create a large database of beauty/wellness professionals who are looking for work.
The company will accept applications for nail technicians, hair stylists, message therapists, estheticians, makeup artists and salon coordinators.
Applicants should bring professional license or number with them.
