TOP PRODUCING AGENTS: Residential Properties Ltd. celebrated the achievement of 32 sales agents at the Greater Providence Board of Realtors awards dinner on March 21.

Circle of Sales Excellence Award recipients were awarded based on sales volume last year.

From the company’s Providence office, Gerri Schiffman was awarded a Platinum Plus Residential Sales Award and was the only recipient who received the award who was not part of a team.

NEW AGENTS: C.C. and Chris Wall have joined the Providence office of Residential Properties, at 140 Wickenden St.

The couple began their real estate career and their relationship when they met in real estate class in 2003. They quickly became well-known as a team for their communication, home staging and marketing strategy. C.C. Wall previously worked as a marketing and sales manager for McCormick Spices, Dixie Paper Products and Crayola before her career in real estate. Chris Wall was formerly an on-air reporter for NBC affiliate WJAR Channel 10.

Seth Daley, of Providence, has also joined the Wickenden Street office of Residential Properties. Daley, whose real estate career began in 2003, was formerly a systems administrator and technical analyst for FleetBoston Financial supporting the national and international messaging environment.
