Realtor Matthew Phipps, 27, of Newport, has received two honors from the National Association of Realtors. He was named to the organization’s “30 under 30” list by Realtor Magazine and was also named chairman of the National Association of Realtors Communication Committee for next year, the youngest person to hold such a high position in the organization’s 100 year history.
He is an agent with Phipps Realty in Warwick.
Nancy R. Magee, senior real-estate specialist, has joined Residential Properties Ltd in Cumberland.
Rich Epstein has entered a new position as corporate trainer at the six Residential Properties Ltd. Sales offices. He will work out of the company’s soon to be expanded corporate location at 140 Wickenden St., Providence.
He has been with Residential since 1999.
As corporate trainer, he will develop a continuing education school for Residential Properties Ltd. He will also be responsible for coordinating and mentoring, as well as offering training that will focus on technology.
