NEW MEMBER: Steven Rei, of Narragansett, has joined Randall, Realtors GMAC’s Wakefield office located at 235 Main St. He owns and operates Coastal Property Services Inc., in Narragansett, a property management company.
AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE: J. Michael Hill, of F.M. Properties Inc., has been appointed Authorized Independent Representative of Timberpeg, which designs and fabricates timber frame homes. After completing a five-day training session held by Timberpeg, he is now the Rhode Island customer contact and resource for expertise in Timberpeg timber framing for design through construction.
REALTOR RETURNS: Jo Ann Cole has returned to Albert Realtors/GMAC Real Estate. She has been a real estate agent for 20 years.
NEW INFORMATION OF TECHNOLOGY DIRECTOR: Residential Properties Ltd. announced that Tom Flanagan has been appointed director of information technology. His responsibilities will include establishing Internet strategy and implementing new technology systems for the company.
A graduate of the New England Institute of Technology, Flanagan has several years of specialized experience within the field of real estate marketing on the Internet. Flanagan joined Residential Properties Ltd. in 2005 as the company’s Web administrator.
In his new position, Flanagan will oversee the technical infrastructure of six offices throughout Rhode Island.
