PRODUCING AGENTS: Coleman Realtors recognized its top producing sales agents for 2007 during an annual awards breakfast Feb. 29. Sue Erkkinen of Providence was awarded Top Producer of the Year. Erkkinen has been a full-time realtor since 1982, representing Coleman’s East Side office. She is also a member of the multimillion dollar sales club and serves on several committees for the Greater Providence Board of Realtors.
Top producing agents from Coleman Realtors’ five offices in Barrington, Cumberland, East Greenwich, Providence, and Watch Hill were recognized. In addition to Erkkinen, award recipients included Carolyn Coleman, Beth Suriani and Carolyn Nolan, of the Barrington office; John Bessette and Janice Geddes, of the Cumberland office; Sally Mellor and Linda McMillen, of East Greenwich; Heidi Farmer Piccerelli and Alex Zima, of Providence; and Robin Knisley and Dottie Nigrelli, of Coleman’s Watch Hill location. Coleman also honored Tim O’Keefe as Manager of the Year. He manages the Barrington office.
ROOKIE OF THE YEAR: Mark Leeman has been named the 2007 RE/MAX Rookie of the Year. He is with Re/Max 1st Choice, Cranston.
SALES AGENT OF THE MONTH: Earl Matarese, of Cranston, was named sales agent of the month for January at Bruce Allen Realtors, Cranston.
REMAXER OF THE YEAR: Linda Eichenfeldt of RE/MAX Metro has received the RE/MAXER of the Year Award for 2007. John Mulhearn Broker/owner of RE/MAX Metro presented the award to her at the RE/MAX in Rhode Island awards celebration last month. She has been a Realtor since 1980 and with RE/MAX Metro since 1987.
