New Web sites: Gustave White Sotheby’s International Realty has launched a luxury real-estate Web site designed by Pirata Media LLC, a Bristol advertising, design and marketing firm.

The site, at www.gustavewhite.com, features a new look and layout, as well as numerous custom components, including the ability to search the entire Rhode Island Multiple Listing Service database, distinct categories of properties including new listings, waterfront or water view, land and commercial offerings, and a rotating feature spot showcasing the most distinctive properties represented by Gustave White Sotheby’s. The site also links to Gustave White’s rental site, www.gustavewhiterentals.com.

Residential Properties Ltd., has also announced the launch of its newly designed Web site, www.residentialproperties.com. Visitors will find property searches, open houses, rentals and agents. They will also find cutting-edge tools, including advanced search capabilities and mapping for property searches, rentals and open houses.

The primary focus is to create a heightened user experience. The new site can support virtual tours, interactive floor plans and video.

Also accessible through the Web site will be extensive resources for buyers and sellers of real estate including quarterly market reports, buyer and seller guides, recent press and an electronic version of the company’s relocation package.

Year anniversary: EXIT Realty Firm celebrates its one-year anniversary at the end of this month. The firm has 45 sales associates. Broker/owner Sean Harrington attributes much of the company’s success to its unique system of single-level residuals. EXIT Realty Firm will hold an open house from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 17, at its office at 34 Branch Ave. in Providence. Food and beverages will be served.
