AGENTS OF THE MONTH: JoAnn Cole, of Smithfield, has been named top selling agent and Carol Perry, of Warwick, has been named top listing agent for the month of September at Albert Realtors/GMAC Real Estate.
CHILDREN’S MIRACLE NETWORK DESIGNATION: RE/MAX River’s Edge of Barrington has been designated a Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) “Miracle Office”. The Web site is www.RiversEdgeRI.com.
To participate in the Miracle Office program, RE/MAX River’s Edge associates donate a portion of every commission they receive to CMN. Locally, these funds will go directly to Hasbro Children’s Hospital and the thousands of ill children they treat each year.
CMN is an international non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds for 170 affiliated children’s hospitals, with 100 percent of the funds staying in the local community. Last year, RE/MAX donated more than $7.5 million dollars internationally to CMN hospitals throughout the United States and Canada.
NEW REALTOR: Bill O’Hanley of Middletown has joined Residential Properties Ltd., Newport location, at One Bowen’s Wharf as a realtor.
Mr. O’Hanley is an expert in all phases of home restoration, energy, efficiency, ventilation and moisture mitigation.
APARTMENT ASSOCIATION MEETING: The Rhode Island Apartment Association will meet Wednesday, Oct. 22. Registration begins at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting will be held from noon to 1:30 p.m. at Conley’s Wharf, 200 Allens Avenue, 4th Floor, Providence.
The guest speaker, Laura Archambault from Rhode Island Housing, will discuss the Housing locator program.
