CRAWLEY
PERFECT SCORE FROM HUD: The East Greenwich Housing Authority received its annual federal assessment of the local Section 8 program: a perfect score of 100. This elevates the EGHA Section 8 program to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development “high performer” status.

The 14 indicators for which the authority received across-the-board perfect scores include housing quality, regular inspections, managing the waiting list, accurate record-keeping, and the provision of opportunities for low-income people to seek and maintain employment through the Family Self Sufficiency program.
