GRAND AWARD: Newport architect, Gale Goff of Estes/Twombly Architects, received the Grand Award from Custom Home Magazine in a recent design competition. The home is featured on the cover of its May/June issue. Located in Little Compton, the home has two gabled, barn-like structures connected by a covered walkway. A geo-thermal well and pole mounted photovoltaic panels provide the home’s electricity.
OFFICE CHANGE: Young Realty, of North Kingstown, is now affiliated with Cress & Co., East Greenwich. The move unites the two companies under one roof at 5853 Post Rd., Suite 101.
NEW AGENT: Anastasia Kaufman, of Cumberland, has joined Residential Properties Ltd., 2370 Diamond Hill Rd., Cumberland, as a new real estate agent.
