The First Annual Cause for Paws Classic Car Show to benefit homeless animals at the Warwick Animal Shelter will be held June 8 at Sam’s Club, 25 Pace Blvd., Warwick. Registration will be from 9 a.m. to noon. There will be door prizes, raffles, People’s Choice and Best of Show. Antiques, classic to ’78, rods and all year Corvettes are invited. Music will be by Cruisin’ Bruce Palmer. Trophies will be awarded at 2 p.m. Goody bags go to the first 100 entries. Entry fees are $15. Sponsors are still needed to help provide spay/neuter assistance, emergency veterinary assistance and additional equipment at the shelter.
