FOXBORO — Quarterback Tom Brady, wide receiver Randy Moss, guard Logan Mankins, tackle Matt Light, linebacker Mike Vrabel and cornerback Asante Samuel each received another honor yesterday, as they were named to the Pro Football Weekly/Pro Football Writers of America All-NFL Team.

The six honorees were the most for any team. Dallas and San Diego each placed three players on the team.

In addition, Brady was selected as league Most Valuable Player, Moss the Comeback Player of the Year, Bill Belichick the Coach of the Year and Patriots’ vice president of player personnel Scott Pioli the Executive of the Year.

Brady was named NFL MVP by the Associated Press last week.

More information on the award winners will be available in the coming issue of Pro Football Weekly, which hits newsstands next week.

Patriots release injury list

New England has listed nine players as questionable for tonight’s game, and Brady, as always, is probable.

Offensive linemen Stephen Neal (shoulder) and Nick Kaczur (foot) should play after resting for the regular-season finale, and tight end Kyle Brady (foot) will probably play as well. Brady’s injury is one that requires rest, and he did not play the final two games of the year.

Safety Rodney Harrison (thigh), corner Ellis Hobbs (groin), tight end Stephen Spach (knee) and special-teamers Willie Andrews (elbow), Kyle Eckel (stomach) and Antwain Spann (hamstring) round out the list of questionables.

It would be a surprise not to see Harrison and Hobbs on the field, though if Hobbs’ groin is bothering him, Andrews may be called upon to return kicks in his stead.

Some Jags will play, some not

After saying earlier in the week that he planned on being on the field against New England, Jacksonville linebacker Mike Peterson will not be available for tonight’s game.

Peterson, who had 70 tackles and one interception when he broke several bones in his hand against the Chargers on Nov. 18, has not practiced since that day. Team doctors would not give him medical clearance, and his cast has not been removed.

Defensive tackles John Henderson (hamstring) and Grady Jackson (knee), both of whom missed practice on Wednesday, are listed as probable for the game, as is receiver Reggie Williams (back), who did not practice Thursday but went through light drills yesterday.

The Jags yesterday re-signed receiver Charles Sharon to the active roster and waived receiver Chad Owens. The move gives Jacksonville extra assurance in case Williams can’t play.

Sharon spent the entire regular season and the first week of the postseason on Jacksonville’s practice squad.

Parking restrictions announced

The Patriots want to remind fans that parking lots will open at 4 p.m., and that game parking in the Patriot Place lots reserved for patrons of the retail stores is forbidden and can result in a $150 fine.

Patrons at Patriot Place receive at least two hours free parking on game days, and will receive a time-stamped ticket upon entry to the retail lot.

The team is strongly encouraging fans to park in the P10 lot. Also, the P11 lot has been expanded, with enhanced access for those coming from Route 1 South.

MBTA commuter rail service will also be available from Providence station, with stops at the South Attleboro, Attleboro and Mansfield stations.
