Lending credence to the idea that Stephen Neal will likely start the season on the physically unable to perform list, the Patriots signed veteran interior lineman Mike Flynn yesterday.
To make room for Flynn, cornerback Ade Jimoh was released.
A Massachusetts native who played his college ball at Maine, Flynn has spent the previous 10 years with the Ravens. Last season, the 6-foot-3, 305-pounder started 15 games at center for Baltimore.
