Mr. and Mrs. Michael J. Nelson

Diane Elizabeth Karcz of Warren and Michael James Nelson of Fall River were married in St. Alexander’s Church in Warren by the Rev. David Masello on May 2. The bride is the daughter of John and Barbara Karcz of Warren. The groom is the son of Jeanne Nelson of Fall River.

Patricia Sullivan, sister of the bride, was the matron of honor. Despina Metakos was maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Susan Daniels, sister of the bride, Christina DaSilva and Cherine Spagnolo. The flower girls were Millicent Balasco and Samantha Leroux. Paul DeAlmeida was the best man. David Castanho, Dennis Bardan, Mark Daniels and Kevin Sullivan were ushers.

The bride is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University. The groom graduated from the UMass Dartmouth and is employed by KVH Industries in Middletown.

The couple took a Mediterranean cruise on their honeymoon. They make their home in Warren.
