Tom Letourneau: Scary judge
01:00 AM EDT on Sunday, July 5, 2009
I would say that the highly intelligent, logical and well-thought-out decision by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 29 overturning a ruling by Judge Sonia Sotomayor vindicates those of us who have expressed concern about President Obama’s irresponsible choice of that incompetent nominee for the Supreme Court.
With the latest ruling counted, it seems that many of Judge Sotomayor’s rulings that have been appealed have been reversed!
I love it that all of these politically correct liberals are trying to justify her incompetence and inane rulings by saying she was initially appointed by President George H.W. Bush, as if that makes her any better. What is scary here is that the deep crisis our country would find itself in if Ms. Sotomayor, who wants to make law rather than rule on existing law, is confirmed, along with — God forbid — a few more like her.
