Kennedy forgot?

Back in November, the intelligent and responsible voters of our state voted 2-to-1 against another casino. What part of this is so hard for Patrick Kennedy to understand “Tribe seeks repeal of provision,” news, Feb. 15)? Was he so busy with his own problems that someone forgot to tell him the voters said no?
