Emmet Cotter: Better than Blue Cross!

My wife and I just received our Blue Cross health-insurance premiums for next year. The increases average over 40 percent! Thank God that the Democrats passed HR 2692. I publicly thank our representatives for doing the right thing and urge the Senate to do likewise.
