Vermont: Enacted 1972, updated 1986; Covers beer, malt, liquor, mixed wine drinks and carbonated soft drinks; Fifteen-cent redemption on alcohol and five cents for others; recycling rate: 90-95 percent; Collection system: retail stores and redemption centers
