Arthur A. Pullano
Title: Principal Surveyor, Facilities Regulation
Responsibility: Oversees inspections and complaint investigations for 60 of Rhode Island's nursing homes. Monitored inspections at Hillside Health Center. Recommends fines and penalties for nursing home operators who are not in compliance with standards.
Madeline Vincent
Title: Public health nurse in Facilities Regulation
Responsibility: On-site expert about clinical care at nursing homes. Consults during inspections and complaint investigations.
Adele Renzulli
Title: Nursing home inspector in Facilities Regulation
Responsibility: Part of team that visits nursing homes for inspections and complaint investigations. Writes up deficiencies and care violations and reports back to supervisors.
