Dr. Patricia A. Nolan

Title: Director of Health

Responsibility: Oversees the Rhode Island Department of Health, whose mission is protecting and promoting the health and safety of the people of Rhode Island. Under Nolan's leadership are 493 employees in five divisions, including Health Services Regulation.

Donald C. Williams

Responsibility: On-site expert about clinical care at nursing homes. Consults during inspections and complaint investigations.

Adele Renzulli

Title: Nursing home inspector in Facilities Regulation

Responsibility: Part of team that visits nursing homes for inspections and complaint investigations. Writes up deficiencies and care violations and reports back to supervisors.
